Bulk Invoice Saving , Merging & Print
Use Case Description
Email received to bot contains attachment of invoices and required action. Email contains information about either print invoices, save or merge invoices.
After read the required action, bot checks either it has to print first page then print range and print full invoices or so the three actions according to requirements.
Bot Login to portal with credentials and open invoice. Bot performs one of these three actions on invoices, merge file then save or save file on local drive or send print request to printer.
Then bot update the statistics sheet contains username invoice request and total invoices. Then grant the statistics status success or failure.
In case of failure it returns to update email and go back to start procedure to send email contains updated information to bot. In case of success, it updates the statistics sheet and email contains success status and all other information.
