Bot not stoping

Bot needs to click save icon in ie browser but not clicking and not retry bot running since 5 hrs

You can kill the orchestrator job. If running locally/debug just kill the uipath robot process using the task manager. then check your timeouts/retries for that activity.

This is happened in production
I mentioned in the click acttivity interactive mode is there proble with this

For now try to kill it from orchestrator

And closely run the process in development machine and monitor closely

So just kill the job from orchestrator to make it stop. I would need to see the code to make a better judgement of what is failing. Also, if I understand correctly you’re using IE as the browser? I strongly recommend to update your older workflows to run on edge, chrome or firefox since Microsoft ceased report on IE about a year ago.
