Bot gets disconnected after logging out from VM

Hi,

In orchestrator there is 1 runtime license for studio and 4 runtime license for non production. Everything works fine while user’s active session in VM. After logging out from VM the bot gets disconnected. The bot is install in unattended mode.

Is the license causing bot disconnection issue or anything else?

Help needed.

Robot gets disconnected everyday from VM

Hi guys, Need some help. I have installed Uipath Robot on an enterprise virtual machine running Windows Server 2016. Every day in the morning I get a tenant error (#1222) from the orchestrator that my robot got disconnected from the machine. This is weird since the machine never restarts being virtual but the robot connects back as soon as I log in to the virtual machine through Remote Desktop. how you installed UiPath robot ? Maybe instead service mode you choosed user mode ?

Do you know when this option comes in ? I am facing same issue and trying to get it as service mode but did not getting this option.
