Beginner needing help with form output to excel

Hi guys. Can someone help me with something in UiPath? I’m trying to have a workflow which does the following…

Have a form which can be filled in with simple text fields, then deserialise the json and put it into an excel sheet. The headings of the excel sheet will be from the form.
