Use Case Description
In this Use Case, we will be having customer details and the status of the document they are submitted and not submitted. The bot should take each customer’s data and send a mail to the customer for reminding the documents that are left to be submitted and if not submitted within a week it might lead to account closure. Once the alert is sent the excel file should be updated with Alert sent for that particular customer.
