Automation works slower after each excel row (for each row activity)

Hi guys, it looks like my automation works slower and slower with each for each excel row activity. The automation is simple, do you have any ideas why that might be and how to fix it?

How many rows are there in your datatable?
Can you elaborate what you are doing inside the loop?

not much, like 20.

it cycles through one app and create a draft email with the file thats extracted from an app

Are you killing the app and excel after each run, where part is it slow in the next iteration?
