Can we automate to fetch specific queries from Sql using UI PATH?

You can use SQL queries to interact with Database using the Database Activity Package.
I’m not sure if I’ve understood your query, maybe you could describe this bit for us once more so that we are on the same page?
You are establishing a connection with the database first, and if you are worried about the connection string, you can store it as a String Asset which essentially encrypts it and and you can retrieve it when required.
