Could you please let us know if Automation hub comes by default in cloud orchestrator or any separate license and service we have to procured to use that feature in cloud orchestrator

Automation Hub is a separate license and service that needs to be procured in order to use it in Cloud Orchestrator. It is not included by default in Cloud Orchestrator
A license is consumed for the Automation Hub service from the Organization license
Automation Hub is added as a service on that tenant. This is visible on the Admin > Tenants screen.
To be able to use the Automation Hub service you first need to enable it for your tenant.
