Do we have any utilities to migrate the bots, scripts which are developed in automation 360 to UiPath? How can we do this automation 360 to UiPath migration?

Unfortunately no direct way or utility for this. You will have to build the logic from scratch.

There is no inbuilt utility as such
But there is a 3rd part tool called blueprint which does a decent task..you can explore the same
