We have one robot which curently has good spare capacity.
However given the pipeline of processes we have in mind, I suspect the current robot won’t be enough.
Is there some established usage level criteria to indicate purchasing a second robot is advised.

That depends on your sla and also how much capacity is free

You can choose between deploying multiple robots on separate machines OR utilizing high-density robots on a single machine if using UiPath. High-density robots enable concurrent execution of multiple processes on a single machine.
