my Assistant App is logging out once or twice a month and thus our automation is stopped when i get back to office in the morning,
can you site any reason for this, and how can i handle this matter. thank you very much.
Can we ask abit more about the setup as its indeed strange?
Is this an unattended licence connected to a Virtual machine? Are you sure the machine isnt being restarted via some maintenance event?
the license is connected to our company machine and all auto update on the PC are all disabled.
Ok, so to confirm. Its a Virtual Machine?
Did you check the event logs on the machine after such an issue occurs?
What state does the assistant show after you find it disconnected?
Try and open the Task Manager, click the Performance tab, highlight the CPU and check the current up-time.
Does it match when Assistant was last disconnected?
