Can someone guide me how to design the bot efficiently that can extract invoice data of different language/country using document understanding.
Do we need to create bot for each language?
Do we need to create ML skill for each language?
What if language not supported by Uipath OCR or OOTB model?

Here I recently saw very similar topic: Processing invoices from different countries

We are able to create one ML package and one ML skill for invoices with many languages, layouts and even custom fields and columns. This solution requires a sufficient amount of documents to learn. For unsupported languages, the performance of the OCR engine and model may be lower, but it’s still worth testing
