Hi, we now at the stage where we have many bots running, and are outsourcing the monitoring of the service.
does anyone have any ideas for SLAs that will allow us to measure the suppliers performance.
Bot success seems like a good idea, but what do you actually measure?
Hello Jude,
welcome in the UiPath Community.
A tiny request, to understand your question correct: You are outsourcing the monitoring of your RPA service - only the monitoring? Then the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) would only be in the context to the monitoring. Or are you looking for SLAs that cover not only monitoring, maybe the operations of the bots? In this context, the success of bots would be a good KPI possibility.
Thanks and best regards
Stefan
Hi Stefan, thanks for the reply. Yes, we are just outsourcing the monitoring of the bots. Do people normally measure succesds of bots by the number of transactions processed successfully, or the the fact the bot itself ran for a particular run.
sorry if I am not using the right terminolgy, i am a service manager and dont have detailed experience of RPA.
Best Regards
Jude
Hello Jude,
thanks for your reply.
You can find good posts about KPIs here:

I hope this gives you the impulses you need.
