What KPI's are you measuring within your RPA implemented organisation?

Hi guys,

I am curious what KPI’s are being measured to monitor the implemented RPA solutions withing your organisation. We are currently measuring:

  1. Number of automated processes
  2. Count of hours saved within the business.
  3. Count of saved FTE’s per month/year
  4. Efficiency of Robot use.

we can havae multiple KPI’s like

  • Productivity (saved FTE’s)
  • Robot Utilization
  • Error rate
  • Execution duration of a task
  • Transactions processed (per minute)

@Afrikyan @Lahiru.Fernando What tool(s) do you use to monitor these KPI’s? E.g. we currently are downloading Queue logs and create dashboards in Excel. But we are looking into connecting a BI tool to the logging SQL Server.
