Hi!

Let’s take it step by step:

  • what are you trying to download? Enterprise Trial or Community Edition? Please note that after trial period expires you cannot use the Community Edition
  • have you provided you email address when requested to download Community edition?
  • did you receive any email with subject: Here’s the download link for UiPath Community Edition?
  • if you have received the email, what happens when you click the Download button?

I dont receive email at all for Community Edition.

how long did it take to receive the email?
i am facing the same issue, been waiting for that email to arrive for 2 days and nothing.

It takes about 48 hours to get the email. i actually found it in the spam box this morning

Hi, can anyone confirm it takes 48 hours to receive the download link?
i am currently unable to receive the link to the same email i had used to register for this account.

Hi kkongmy,

for me, the download link didn’t work in chrome (as in, it didn’t send email) . When I switched teh browser to IE, it worked. I got email in 5-10 minutes. Try changing teh browser.
