Getting this error when connecting to box.com with the classic activities and there is no way to configure the algorithm from the activity / scope. https://github.com/box/box-windows-sdk-v2/issues/880 .
- Ensure to use JWT authentication and have a private public key pair generated. If there already is one generated, remove it and have them generate a new one
- Clicking the "generate" button should result in a new file being created
- Note that it is normal that after this is done, the new private public key pair does not show up in their Application Settings window as it is considered private data that should not be exposed on the box.com site.
