AI Units consumations

Hi everyone,
for a bot I’m using documentation understanding, obviously using AI Units.
In the part of the orchestrator where I can see the consumptions are not updated, despite their use.
Do you know how often the consumption is updated?
For completeness the license I have is “Enterprise”.

Did you happen to comsume any units?

ideally it would be realtime

also few AI taks will not consume units…check here

Hi @Anil_G,
yes I am using “Form Extractor” which should consume 0.2 AI Units per page.

But at the moment I don’t see any of them worn out, despite having used them.

Did you check both on license page and the metrics page on the ai center?

Yes, I checked the licenses section on the Orchestrator, they didn’t update in real time.

In the Orchestrator I see this, even though I should have consumed more, at least a hundred.
