AI center service is getting failed

Hi everyone,

I am trying to add AI center service in ProTrial activation. But the service is getting failed.

Please help me on this.

Click on the three dots → Remove AI Center like the below picture.

After that click on Add services->select and Add AI Center ->open and click on launch.

Try this way and let me know if it works

I find there are two tenants, for which tenant was AI Center enabled.

For both tenants we can enable AI Center right and when i am trying to remove the service it is not getting removed.

It is existing there only and i am not able to see AI Center service to add in add sevices.

And one more point is it is happening with only AI Center service only rest of the services i am able to add successfully.

Only way to add AI center service is if you used AI center before then try with that mail ID by activating ProTrail again for that mail ID.

Did you enable AI Center before with any mail ID . Try enabling AI Center service with that mail.
