After pressing submit in action center, I get error message "OK", thoughts on a solution?

Hello,

I’m running into this error when trying to submit an action center item. And I’m not really sure what is causing this..

All my packages are up to date.

I ended up just remaking the workflow from scratch and that fixed the issue. No idea what was causing this. OK.

looks like you have create a js pop up in the form..can you check that

Hahaha, yeah, I have been there.
Sometimes you can get extra info using the chrome dev tools and checking the console logs or the network traffic for bad API calls.
