Addins and Extensions Not Working

My chrome extension gives me this error (below) when trying to download. Any tips on how to make this extension work? I am also having issues with my Excel addin. It shows that it is installed, but when I try to write to a cell in excel, it will not allow me to do that through the addin. It just opens the file like normal without the addin.

Is the computer you are using your own or your company? Are you logged in as the Machine Admin.
In case it is your company´s you may check with your IT department.
