Until 6 PM IST (31 May 2022), I was able to create queue items without any issues. However, now it has started throwing the below error.
Add Queue Item: Could not obtain access token. (invalid_grant)
I tried to look up this issue in the forum without any success.
Please note, I have not made any changes in the workflow after 6 PM.
Your help would be much appreciated
Are you using Cloud or On-premises Orchestrator ?

This issue is auto resolved.
However, it would be great if UiPath can come up with an explanation for this issue so that in the future if someone comes across this issue, they will have something to refer to.
The timeframe matches with our cookie to token auth rollout, I suspect that one to have caused your issue, since the rollout is now complete and stable it should not reproduce, if it reappears we would need to cover a dedicated investigation.
