Need some help here. I can’t access Studio (or Assistant) on my developer license.
In Orchestrator, I’m going to Tenant → Machines → Copy Client/Machine ID
Then in both UiPath Studio and UiPath Assistant, when I enter the Orchestrator URL and Machine key, I’m getting the error message:
Could not obtain access token. (invalid_grant)
Everything was working correctly yesterday, then Orchestrator Cloud went down in Europe and I saw the message. I figured it would go away when Orchestrator was restored, but I haven’t been able to reconnect Studio/Assistant back to the developer license since.
The solution was to open UiPath Assistant and try to connect. While it showed as unlicensed and produced the error message, there were buttons “Disconnect” or “Sign Out”.
Clicking Sign Out (specifically) from UiPath assistant seems resolve this. I tried to connect again with exactly the same credentials and the license was acquired immediately.
