This is already covered by core UiPath products.

There is Solutions Management in Automation Ops, and more recently, Unified Build is being released in Studio Web.

Both of them handle packaging a ‘solution’ containing processes, queues, assets, buckets etc into a zip which can be moved between tenants etc, so I don’t think building it from scratch is required.
