Activity to copy table from Word to Excel

Hi,
Could you help me and give me a prompt how to copy table from Word document and paste IT to existing Excel? The table on Word has 3 rows and 3 columns, the data table has headers. I try to do it by Word Application Scope. The tips in the internet suggest to use Get Table Range but it’s unavailable in Word Application Scope.
