I hope @Pablito is correct, as it looks like a inactive stage, which ideally means we need to activate them in turn, which implies either we need to renew the license (as you say you just made an update) or we can go for these steps,
- Go to
%program data%
and delete the License folder from the UiPath folder - this will ensure you start a clean install - Start Studio
- Select the “Activate license” option
- Insert the license key / trial key
- Select “Manual activation” and follow the steps described in the article below accordingly. Keep in mind that you will need to have access to a computer with an internet connection for manual activation.
or if its a community edition we got a new resource to obtain the latest edition
–go to https://platform.uipath.com
–use any of your common authentication method like google gmail account
–once after getting to the cloud page click on resources tab in the left side
and we can download the new version of community edition or enterprise edition as well
