Activation error -community edition

Community Editionを利用していました。LicenceがExpireしたとのことで、
下記サイトにて更新手続きをしたつもりです。
https://www.uipath.com/renew-community-license
Update your free licenseと表示され、Thank you for submitting the form. Your license has been updated, please restart UiPath Studio Community. とも表示されたため、更新できたと理解しました。

しかし、Uipath Studio Communityにもどり、Uipath RegistrationというところでEmail Addressを入力しActivateしようとしてもエラーとなります。

特に手続き誤りはないと思いますが、何か方法がありますでしょうか。

自己解決しました。
DEVICE IDがUipath側から付与されているのに気づかず、社内で利用しているIDを登録していました。
