I followed the instructions to download and install the Community version.
Everything is fine, but when I try to create a blank template to make the Hello Word, it sends me an error of

Afterward, the solution would be to remove Studio and install it again. One suggestion would be to check if there aren’t any restrictions on your machine that would prevent it from running correctly (such as some firewall restrictions or access to your user folder location restrictions). This is typically not the case for your personal computer though.

In the meantime, could you still try to change Studio language to English and give it a try?
Also, could you check:
if the issue happens in StudioX only, or the behavior is the same using Studio
if the user tries to create a new process in a different folder, such as D:\ (not the C:\Users%USERNAME%\Documents\UiPath) one, to see if the behavior is the same on all disks
