About project dependen

I wrote a test program, its dependencies are as follows, using the community version 20.4.1image
Then I put this program into the community version 19.10.1 and found that there was a problem.image

So in this case, if I update the dependencies, can the program return to its normal state? Should all versions of different dependencies be updated?
Also, if I update the dependencies, can other programs that use lower version dependencies continue to execute?
