A script work for ios and android?

Hi all

if I develop a scrip of B app base on android, can I run this B app script on a iOS phone?

Most of the time, the selectors used to identify controls are going to be different on Android and iOs. Only some selectors (ex: image based) will be the same on both operating systems.
