A ms-contact-support link appears during my automation run

My automation is experiencing this error a lot and I cannot figure out what is triggering it OR how to get rid of it.

‘you’ll need a new app to open this ms-contact-support link…look for an app in the Microsoft store’ An ‘always use this app’ checkbox is preselected and the ‘ok’ button is greyed out.

What’s the link? Post a screenshot of the error window.

Are you starting any process when the automation is failing?

Can you tell where it is coming or after which activity you are seeing this error

May be the app or page youa re trying to open is not opening can be a default app issue as well

Have you done uninstalling the Studio and reinstall. If not then do the same then checks.

If you are using office laptop better to contact your IT Team. They would help you to come out of it.
