407 Proxy Authentication error

Hi,

What I was trying to do is to have the bot to login as me and read myRobot’s inbox using the exchange email activity.

Here is the error that I got:
Get Exchange Mail Messages - myRobot Inbox: The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.

I have no problem manually login to the server as me and then run the same job successfully. However, when I publish the job to the Orchestrator and run there, I got the error – most of the time. Sometimes it works for some reasons I don’t know why.

Any thoughts?

this might be an error that you should seek help with your company IT, as it looks like you may have a firewall or network service there that requires security stuff.
