I use those activities as well for some portal for some customer.
I also excplained to that same customer that this form of 2FA should be changed, since it is barely 2FA. It’s just a doule password, where the 2nd password is the secret key used to generate the 2FA tokens. Having coded solutions for it is great for us RPA folk, but the knowledge of it is also a security risk. Pragmatically, it still beats simple authentications but, there are smarter solutions.
