Write CSV activity with comma delimited and double quotes for cell values

Hello Team,
I am working on converting excel to csv with specific rows and columns.
But, after I write to csv with the activity and open the csv with notepad, I am not able to see double quoted cell values, which is the requirement.
Can anybody please help as I have very less time to resolve this and its production issue?

Issue resolved. I used append line activity instead of write csv activity.
