I have developed code REFRamework in C#.
It has to be in vb.net.
Is there a faster way I can easily re-do the code in vb.net by copy and paste from the C# xaml to vb.net. Does it work?

Unfortunately no you can’t do that. You will have to take a fresh reframework template and rebuild it.
