Though I have mentioned the variable in Data Manager I am getting below error as not available.
Please help me in resolving the issue.

@Raghuveer_M It looks like User_Input is already added in Data Manager. Please make sure the agent is saved after creating the input.
After saving, remove the existing User_Input reference from the prompt, type @, and select User_Input again from the Inputs list.
Then save once more and run Health Analyzer.

The issue looks like the User_Input reference is not being recognized as a valid Agent input.
In Agent Builder, please check the following:
- Open Data Manager → Inputs and confirm the input is named exactly User_Input (including capitalization and underscore).
- In the User Prompt, instead of manually typing the variable, use @ → Inputs → User_Input to insert the input reference.
- Make sure User_Input is an Input argument, not just a variable under another section.
- Save the agent and reopen/refresh the prompt to see whether the input pill is resolved.
- If testing in Form view, provide a value for User_Input before running the agent.
UiPath documentation states that input arguments need to be defined in Data Manager and referenced in the prompt; the current Prompt Editor supports inserting them using the @ reference picker.
If it still shows “User_Input is not available”, I would recommend deleting that reference from the prompt and inserting it again through @ → Inputs, rather than typing {{User_Input}} manually.
