UTF-8 without BOM

I need to create a file in UTF-8 without BOM format . Do you know if this is possible? So how do you do that ?

Hi,
I am new to Uipath. I have .CSV with utf-8 BOM. But I want save it as utf-8 without bom. I am getting error at new Utf8Encoding(false).
Please correct me.

but the file now has a header, the original was not.
how to do it without including the header?
