Using FROM property of mail messages trying to get sender ID from outlook

This usually occurs with few outlook versions
In such cases use GET EXCHANGE MAIL ACTIVITY instead of GET OUTLOOK MAIL ACTIVITY

Where we need to mention username password and server details, that would work for sure
