Update incident with attachment using API

I’m updating a ServiceNow incident and attaching a file using API in UiPath.
But it only accepts JSON files. I want to upload .xlsx or .zip files instead.
Has anyone done this before or knows how to achieve it?

I’ve done this in the past using the Service Now API and not had any such limitation on the file type, can you demonstrate where you get this limitation?
