i have seen so many triggers, but never worked as per the below image, could anyone share is there any activity we need to use for getting below Mentioned.

This is not available in or hestrator ui…
If you are on on prem orchetsrator then in the orchestrator config file this setting would be present and can be changed

is it something the file is present in the following location :
C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Orchestrator
or could you pls share details in specific as i am not getting any config file in the above path

Are you on on prem orchestrator or cloud?
Only for on prem you can control these settings and this file will be in the orcheatrator server

in my local machine i have created one on Premises environment

You installed orchestrator on your local machine?
If yes check in the installation folder
If default is not changed thsi is the location C:\Program Files (x86)\UiPath\Orchestrator
You can search with the file name in entire c drive to find it
