Open browser/Open Application Not Coming In activity panel

Hii Sir/Madam In Uipath Studio Iam not able to open the Open browser/Open Application Activity in Activity panel , I have Reinstalled the UipathAutomation Activity in manage package also i am facing the same issue please help me regarding this. Refere bellow Screenshots . [image]
