Unable to perform action on files in share path

HI Team

Iam trying to save as different format in excel that worked for a single file now the requirement there will be a folder having 4 sub folders in which each folders will have two or three excel files for which saving as binary action to be performed.should i have to use for each file in folder activity or any other methos please help.

Yea I have used but then it is not working while I run the process is not getting initiated.

What exception are you getting…send me the screenshot

Not exception but the workflow is in running status until i force stop but it is performing any action.
