Unable to indicate popups in chrome

Hi team,

I am using enterprise studio version 2019.4.3 and last 2 months back it was working fine to identify the popup in chrome like Certification popup but now it failing in UAT environment. No changes to code or the application. Nut the same version of application and same version studio in Prod is working fine. Tried with choosing different frameworks(UIA,AA, Default) as well to identify the popup selectors.
What could be causing this issue? Thanks in advance.

also is the chrome updated?

Chrome is updated but both prod and UAT are having same version of chrome.
Is there any particular setting in the extension that we need to check for popup detection issue?
