Unable to download the Certificate for the RPA Developer Foundation (v2021.10) learning plan

Hello team,
I’ve completed the RPA Developer Foundation (v2021.10) learning plan and i am unable to download the certificate. I’ve tried by clicking both the “EMAIL” button and the “DOWNLOAD DIPLOMA” button but none work.
This message appears “Your Diploma is being prepared and will be ready to download shortly.” but it never gets ready to download. And i don’t receive the email with the certificate by clicking “EMAIL” either.
Can you help me with this? How can i get the certificate?

Sometimes, the certificate wouldn’t download and not getting mail. Many queries are raised in Forum same query.

Try the below steps,
→ clear the cache of the browser and try downloading.
→ If above not works, Login to UiPath Academy in other browser and try to download.
