Unable to connect to uipath assistant

Try refresh the page and if the issue persists, clean the browser cache and try again

Clear the cache…or change the default browser to someother browser and check

Or copy the link from bottom and oepn it in incognito mode and check

Did you try with incognito as well?

can you tell what steps are you doing?

and are there any pop ups blocked?

is it a work laptop?

are you normally able to login to cloud orchestrator? if so keep it open and in same browser open this one also and check

I have tried in cognito as well

I am able to login with same account to orchestrator

But unable to sign to UiPath assistant

It’s showing connected unattended

And orange colour but not green

When I click on sign

It’s showing dialog prompt and not directing from there

It is a production machine

It is working fine since a month

Suddenly I got this issue

For unattended sign in would not work…it is usual only

You would connect using machine key or client id that all

Signin is not needed aswell

If you need to publish the code you need developer license …may be a day back that is removed in orchestrator check the same

You can give both unattended and dveeloper license to the same user and machine

That license is to be allocated to user

Go to tenant → manage access-> edit user and then assign automation feveloper role

It’s working

But previously I used to have only 2 roles for this account

Orchestrator administrator and folder administrator

At that time also I was able to sign in it to the UiPath assistant.

But since yesterday I was unable to sign in

Then as you suggested

I have added developer role

Then it started working

I was the only one who will access this account

But can you please tell me

Glad that its resolved in the first place

Are you on community license?

If yes then generally there will be role updates and all…may be some update would hve happended…

Also ideally you would need a developer role always to access…may be you would have given or the admin had a mixed roles which developer role has previously
