Dear Community,
On April 30, the UiPath Community gathered in Bengaluru, India for DevCon 2025 - the annual celebration of not just automation, but of people and their shared purpose. From first-time attendees to seasoned automation enthusiasts, a different turnout of experts came together from across the country to explore UiPath, the newest innovation in Agentic Automation and witness the spirit that powers it.
More than the products and announcements, it was about the energy in the air, the sense of inclusivity that echoed through the halls, and the unspoken understanding that everyone here was part of something bigger.
Key Highlights from DevCon 2025
• Agentic automation: The Future of intelligent Workflows
UiPath unveiled its vision for agentic automation, where AI agents, robots, and people collaborate seamlessly to create smarter, faster, and more autonomous workflows. This paradigm shift empowers developers to build systems that can learn, adapt, and manage tasks independently, transforming the way businesses operate.
• UiPath Agent Builder: Crafting intelligent AI agents
A significant announcement was the introduction of the UiPath Agent Builder , a tool designed for developers to create sophisticated AI agents. These agents can handle complex, unstructured problems with autonomy and intelligence, marking a new era in automation development.
• Maestro: Harmonizing automation components
UiPath introduced Maestro, a feature that brings orchestration into sharper focus. Maestro uses AI to make decisions in workflow orchestration. This makes processes smarter and more flexible. It shows how AI agents, robots, and people can work together to change business results. It also makes sure that all parts of the automation work together well.
• Healing Agent self-healing automation at scale
Now officially in general availability, the UiPath Healing Agent impressed DevCon attendees with its ability to automatically detect and repair broken automations. By continuously monitoring automation performance and applying AI-based corrections, Healing Agent reduces downtime, minimizes manual rework, and ensures long-term resilience of business-critical processes—a major win for developers managing large-scale deployments.
• Unified Developer Experience: Streamlining automation development
The Unified Developer Experience was showcased, highlighting how UiPath is integrating essential tools into a single, cohesive environment. This approach reduces context-switching, streamlines workflows, and allows developers to focus on building effective automation solutions.

People of Automation Hall of Fame
People leading across different roles came in to explore top-notch technology, be it solution architects, technical leads, developers, engineers, AI engineers, students, RPA professionals—and yet, there was no divide, just one shared language of deep, untamed curiosity.
And so, it was not just about celebrating code but celebrating people and years of their simple hard work. A highlight of the event was the People of Automation Hall of Fame, honoring individuals who have made significant contributions to the automation community.
UiPath DevCon 2025 became the platform for the first-ever showcase and celebration of the “People” in automation, who were key catalysts over many years in growing and engaging UiPath Community beyond 3 million strong. Over 2,000 visitors stopped by the Hall of Fame installation at the venue, engaging with featured stories of automation professionals from across roles and regions. Each showcased individual represented a unique journey—some were long-time UiPath MVPs—others were first-time community contributors whose impact rippled far beyond their organizations. The awards showcased UiPath Community influencers across YouTube, LinkedIn, UiPath Forum, research papers, Global Hackathons and leading multiple local communities to help grow the adoption of UiPath.
Nine Community members were recognized in the Hall of Fame and with the Awards. This recognition underscores UiPath dedication to celebrating the people behind technological advancements. The initiative reflected UiPath core philosophy: that automation is as much about people as it is about technology. It made me pause and ask myself, “What does it mean to give back to a community that has just started giving to you?”.
UiPath DevCon 2025 was a milestone that brought together over 2000 automation professionals, featuring more than 35 technical sessions led by 30+ expert speakers, spread across breakout sessions.
The event also introduced the Global AgentHack 2025, a virtual hackathon inviting developers to showcase practical applications of agentic automation and build intelligent AI agents using tools like UiPath Studio.
To anyone wondering what the future of automation looks like—it looks like DevCon. For those who missed the in—person event, a virtual replay is available, ensuring that the insights and innovations shared at DevCon 2025 are accessible to the global community. Watch on-demand.
