UIPATH Community version cannot open

Hi everyone can you please assist me I am new to UiPath, I installed the UiPath studio community version and when I am trying to open a new project it gives me an error, please see below:

I took the link for community version from the internet then installed on my pc:
Automation Management Tools - Orchestrator | UiPath

Please check if it is a correct one

Tried creating new project and open? If not try this. If this works then it’s issue of the project.

yes I have tried to but still gives me same results

Try reinstalling the Studio with clean installation.
