Yesterday it is still working but today our team trying to log in, it is not working anymore.
When we key in account and password and click log in button, it shows error occurred.
Please help repair it as soon as possible!!! Really urgent!!!

I just checked and get the same page, based in Europe suggesting its a global issue.
The nginx part is weird, but it indeed does show that.
