I want to utilize Twilio to create a phone number and send and receive SMS messages in UiPath .
I will be grateful for any assistance.

You can try using get record with message object

i dont have 21.8 UiPath version. currently i am using 2020.10 verison so i cant able to used this activity.
Any another options ?

Make a get call to retrieve your message. Try replicating this in Postman first if successful. You can use http request activity in UiPath
