Trouble Loading Data For ROI Dashboard

This exception will arise when there is more than 50 rows of data for the ROI dashboard and can result in the "Time Saved" column not sorting in ascending/descending. These are the workaround steps to address the exception.

  1. Create another table calculation column using time saved, similar as below screenshot

  1. Remove the row limit and make all the rows return
  2. Sort by time saved
  3. Click Hide "No" from the column you created in step 1

  1. Only the top 10 will be displayed and sorted by order
