오케스트레이터에서 기록 열기 시 검은 화면만 나오는 경우

오케스트레이터에서 프로세스를 돌린 후 확인 할 때 기록 열기로 작동된 영상을 확인하고 싶은데 검은 화면만 나오는 경우는 어떠한 방법으로 해결해야 하나요?

캐시를 삭제 해봤지만 그래도 검은 화면으로 나옵니다

Hi @seott,

Can you try to create a very simple Hello World process that opens a UI (e.g. Google Chrome), add a delay so it can be recorded as being opened, make sure it is set to restored/maximized (not minimized), then closes down the automation, and then review the recording to see if that UI appeared please? Sometimes the blank / black screen is the virtual machine’s background.
